Our collective impact:
- Place where there is an identified need and the community are seeking change
- Process for working together
- Team to project manage the work
- Network of individuals and organisations committed to achieving change
At United Way, we know it requires significant long-term investment to create long term community and systems change. We also know that it takes a collective effort of people coming together. This is why United Way looks to partner with communities and other organisations to participate in a Collective Impact approach, addressing complex issues. Collective Impact focuses on developing a shared agenda to address locally identified issues and encourages cross-sector collaborative action to maximise impact.
